Jacques completed B.Com (Majors: Accounting, Economics, Industrial Psychology) and Doctorate of Psychology degrees at the University of Johannesburg and is registered with the HPCSA as a psychologist. He also completed formal further professional training in clinical hypnosis and sex therapy.

He practiced psychology for 12 years across various areas e.g. psychometric and competency assessments, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, etc. The past 14 years he furthered his career as management and training consultant. As a director of a psychometric software development company, he is currently involved in the development of various diagnostic assessment instruments e.g. Road Behaviour Profiler, Male Wellness Index Profiler, EQ profiling, Adolescent Psychological Well-being Profiler, etc. Visit: for more information.

He is an accomplished trainer and facilitator up to MBA level in various managerial disciplines such as business ethics, change management, leadership, lean management, basic operations and financial management, etc. Part of his repertoire as management and training consultant in the field of organizational behaviour is the development and application of various HR related assessment instruments in order to facilitate corporate training and change. One of his most recent projects is the development and delivery of assessment instruments and training intervention material re. corporate governance and ethics attitude and behaviour for all levels of employees in industry.

His greatest field of interest, consulting and practice though is in the area of human behaviour in organizations, psychometrics and competency assessments.
